What to include
- The email address on your BytesJoy account, so we can find your projects and license.
- What you were doing and what happened instead: a screenshot or the exact error text helps most.
- For a generated project: which providers it uses (Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare), and the output of
npm run buildif it fails.
Before you write
The setup guide covers every provider step by step, with a troubleshooting list at the end of each section. Most setup questions are answered there.
Refunds
The license fee is refundable for 14 days if you have not downloaded a project. Send the request to the same address; the refund policy has the details.
Security
Found a vulnerability in BytesJoy or in generated code? Please email the same address with "security" in the subject. We will acknowledge it within two business days and keep you informed while we fix it.
