Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
I'm Right, Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us") is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Policy, "Site" refers to the Company's website at bytesjoy.com. "Service" refers to the services accessed via the Site, in which users design an application visually, generate a Next.js codebase from that design, and download it. "You" refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
By accessing our Site or our Service, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. Information We Collect
We collect "Non-Personal Information" and "Personal Information." Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, browser and platform types, and the designs you create in the builder before you sign in. Personal Information includes your email address, which you submit to us when you sign in, your IP address, and the payment details described below.
1. Information collected via technology.
To design in the builder you do not need to submit any Personal Information. To sign in, generate code, download a project or buy a license, you need to submit your email address. We do not ask for a password: signing in works by a link we email you.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies. The Site sets two first-party cookies of its own:
bytesjoy_owner, an anonymous random identifier that lets the builder remember the projects you design before you sign in. It lasts one year.bytesjoy_session, which keeps you signed in after you use a sign-in link. It lasts 30 days, extended while you use the Site.
Both are marked so that scripts cannot read them and they are sent only to our Site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to operate and protect the Site. We also read your IP address when you request a sign-in link, and briefly keep it with that request, to limit abuse.
2. Information you provide us by signing in and buying a license.
When you sign in, we collect and store your email address. When you buy a license, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details and billing information directly; we never receive or store your card number. Stripe sends us your email address, the amount paid, and identifiers for the transaction, which we keep as your purchase record. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
3. The designs and code you create.
The application designs you create in the builder, and the record that a project was generated and downloaded, are stored with your account (or your anonymous identifier before you sign in) so that you can return to them. They are yours; see the License Agreement.
4. Children's privacy.
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13, and you must be at least 18 to use the Service. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at support@bytesjoy.com.
II. How We Use and Share Information
Personal Information.
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, each of which uses it only at our direction and to provide its service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the Site and stores our database, including your email address, sessions, license and project designs.
- Resend delivers the emails we send you, such as sign-in links and receipts, and is given your email address for that purpose.
- Stripe processes payments and holds your billing details, as described above.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to run the Service and communicate with you: to sign you in, to keep your projects and license associated with your account, to send you receipts and sign-in links, to respond to questions, to provide technical support, and, if you have agreed to it, to tell you about product updates or offers.
We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations; to address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Non-Personal Information.
In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information, and we reserve the right to use and disclose it to partners and other third parties at our discretion.
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If our information practices change at any time in the future, we will post the policy changes to the Site so that you may opt out of the new information practices. We suggest that you check the Site periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
III. How We Protect Information
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit, your session is protected by a cookie that scripts cannot read, and there is no password for anyone to steal: each sign-in link works once and expires. Sign-in requests are rate-limited to deter abuse. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by a breach of them. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks. We urge you to keep your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, and to sign out on shared devices.
IV. Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. Please note that notwithstanding your promotional preferences, we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, sign-in links, receipts, and periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.
You may ask us at any time to show you the Personal Information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data, by emailing support@bytesjoy.com from the address on your account. We will act on a deletion request within 30 days, except that we keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Deleting your account does not affect code you have already downloaded, which is yours.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell Personal Information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
V. Links to Other Websites
As part of the Service, we may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications, including the third-party services the code you generate connects to (such as Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend and Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by us through the Site and the Service. It does not apply to the sites you build and deploy with generated code; you are the operator of those sites, and their privacy practices are yours to set.
VI. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. You should periodically check the Site and this privacy page for updates.
